When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and project description. This website does not use advertising trackers.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you subscribe, to send our monthly engineering newsletter. We never sell personal information.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are handled through our business email systems. Client project data is stored in Canadian cloud regions unless a client instructs otherwise.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a vulnerability in any system we operate, email Info@gts-ca.com with the subject "Security". We acknowledge reports within two business days.
